Alternatively we can accept payment by all major credit cards (except American Express)
We only invoice for goods in stock. Any unavailable items are back-ordered for future dispatch and charged separately. Upon receipt of order, goods are picked and packed then invoiced. If you do not have an account we notify you by phone, fax, or e-mail with a payment request. As soon as we receive your Pro-forma or post-dated cheque, bank transfer, or credit card payment we send your goods out on a next-day service.

Returns and Shortages
Shortages and damaged goods must be notified to our Head Office within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please specify whether or not you require a replacement or a credit note.
